Hello,

Has anyone come across this error when trying to Accept a Service Quotation that has a No Part Sales.  The error occurs on RMB > Status > Accept

 

Cannot update Ownership when Quantity Assigned has a value

 

The error goes away and the service quotation can be accepted if No Part item is removed.

I remember we had a similar issue raised from a customer and at that time the exact steps to re produce the error was not known. But below details and the solution was found and the issue got solved.

Hence you can either to the same steps, or else please  report a case with the details, so that we can look for a standard solution.

 

Package:

Wo_Material_Srv_Quo_API (WoMaterialSrvQuo.plsql)

Procedure:

Update_Wo_Material

Cause / Solution:

Reset of variable attr_ in Cursor-loop get_maint_materials is missing.
