When I try to login to touch app server after the enter the system ID I'm getting below error. What caused this error?

 

and the logs are like this 

I have restarted the IIS as well

You need to ensure your user has access to logon to the Touch Apps Server. You can read about this from here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/040_administration/415_touch_apps/040_touch_apps_server/10_login/default.htm

If all the configuration set-up is done as per documentation then it might be best to raise a support case to get more direct help
