Hi,

If we enter a note in Add Service Note tile in MWO, where can we access that note in IFS Cloud, (note is entered directly in Add Service Note without any connection to a Work Task or Request)

There is no such entry point in home screen to add service notes in the standard solution in mobile. Is this a customization?

This is home page of MWO 23R2, it allows users to enter a note in Add Service Note tile as shown in the screenshot above.

I’m not sure whether it is a configuration or not, if it is not in standard MWO it might be a configuration, how can we identify whether it is a configuration or not?

 

I checked on RnD environments on 23R2 and can’t see an entry point like that. So this is a configuration as you have pointed out.

I think there is a place to see all configurations.
