'Active Mobile User' disabled after mobile user is activated

Hi community, 

 

I have an issue where I’m an active mobile user however, the ‘Active Mobile User’ toggle is disabled in my resource details. Shouldn’t it be activated once there’s an active mobile device? 

 

I even have an active assignment in mwo as well.

I just tried it on 26R1. Active Mobile User was “no”, and as soon as I connected MWO the flag switched to “yes”.

Can you please share what IFS Cloud version you are using. It helps us to see if we have done any corrections that you might not have in your IFS Cloud system.
