After upgrading from 21R1 to 22R1 we have two applications versions for MWO apps : 2.3 and 22.1
In 21R1 we only had version 2.3.
What are they for and what is the impact ?

Each release we have new app version 22.1 in 22R1 So when you upgrade you get a new record here and it will be the active version.
I can see something odd here. Still your ‘old’ app version is active and it not correct. Seems some error happened when new version activate during upgrade.
Can you please check the logs of MaintEngApp new app version as below ?

What’s the service update you are in now? if it’s Cloud 22.1.3 then we had a known issue.
Yes first thing you need to check is, application logs via the menu as Bandula described. Then you will find the reason/error reported during the app activation. That will help you to find the root cause for why this new app version for 22.1 has not set as active.

It is working now, what we did :
- Applying SU6 solved a synch problem with MWO in 22.1.4,
- replicated app configuration on app 22 .
- then deactivated the app 2.3 .
