That would certainly be possible to build an integration with Salesforce CRM. The ‘how’ would be down to what objects you are looking to integrate, who the master is etc. I suggest you get in touch with your account manager or consulting contact and discuss this in more detail.

Agree with the above, however - there is an API reference at https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/api-explorer

Use IFS Events and custom actions in order to trigger messages out, use incoming in order to recieve messages in. Most stuff is explained in the F1 documentation (queues, settings, addresses, transformers, I also believe IFS 10 now support invoking RESTful services). Possibly you need to consider scalability also (clustering, queues, load balancing etc).

I bounce this thread as this is again an option for IFS R&D to help us out with examples of using RESTFul services. Come to think of it, I will post the request for examples in the IFS Idea Wall.

just as an FYI, IFS will have a webinar at https://partner.ifsworld.com/servicing/readiness-week/?utm_campaign=partner&utm_medium=email&utm_source=marketo&utm_content=spring+2020+readiness+week+email&utm_term=&sc_camp= in where the topic is “Integration Made Simple with RESTful APIs and Boomi”, that might be useful to attend to.

Hi ,

We have built an integration between Salesforce and IFS using REST API’s. Our integration can be hosted on Azure or Dell Boomi platform. Please message me if you would like to hear more.
