Is there a way to notify a group of people as soon as a document of a certain class is filed in the EDM (New revision created). Using Notification would be the best solution for the user
We are using AURENA 21R1

+32I think you can use the predefined events for our file operation logging for this. Every read, write and delete operation is logged and have it's own event.

I created a Custom Action Event using Event : Document Approved that send Notif to the group of persons declared (with Administration,Edition Access Level) fwhen the document is approved.
