I would like to know if anyone has used IFS for tagging transactions, specifically non-cash transactions (i.e. gain/loss on sale) for use in cash flow statement preparation? If so, is this done via code parts? For cash transactions, the cash flow source IDs do help but unfortunately do not flow to the GL Balance Analysis so I’m looking for a solution on the GL side. We handle our cash flow statements in excel but it would be helpful if certain transactions were grouped by way of tagging it somehow in the system and the time of entry.
