We have received a suggestion to be able to show on screen our engineers precise locations live. We are not sure where to start. Can anyone point me in the correct area of IFS I should be looking?
Perhaps some basic overview of what is possible would be handy.
Are you using FSM + PSO or what is your configuration?
We are current using Apps 9 and are assigning engineers are using MWO app. Engineers only receive 1 or two work orders per day. However, if there is a call out we want the offic staff to be able to see who is closest to the issue or who can get there the fastest.
We have created our own resource planner on our intranet as the scheduling tool we had in apps9 wasn’t fit for purpose.
OK, I believe this discussion area is for FSM and PSO. Unfortunately, I don’t know anything about IFS Applications. :)
