OData REST API - Purchase Order Line -> Pre-Posting and Project connection API

Dear Community, We try to connect IFS Apps10 Purchase Order and Lines to Dell Boomi via API calls. We would like to create PO Lines in Apps10 with Boomi, and everything works fine only 2 things are missing. We would like to send: Pre-Posting information for PO line (code part b) Project connection information to PO Line (activity level)Our issue is we didn’t find the projection what we should use. We tried to debug with Aurena debug consol, but it didn’t help. Do you have any suggestion which projection should we use?Thank you very much in advance for every suggestion or opinion. MRO - Customer Owned Material on Task Card

There seems to be some functionality missing from Task Cards around the ownership of material used in maintaining, repairing and overhauling (MRO) processes. In preventative maintenance, we can plan the ownership of materials on PM Actions which get transferred into the maintenance material requisition lines upon the PM Action generating a work order. We have the same requirement to do this but from the Maintenance Order. The maintenance order is constructed of several maintenance events for a serial repair, or manual maintenance event. Each of these events will have one or more task cards, each of which can have an independent list of materials. These materials will be transferred to a work order once released, however it only considers company owned material.

LOV filtering

When adding a part to material requisition I get the PartNo and Part Description in the LOVI would expect to be able to filter on both PartNo and Part Description when start typing.To my knowledge I can only filter on PartNo.Is this good or bad usability?

Non-Supplier Payments - Allocation

How does a Non-Supplier Payment get allocated? I’ve tested one which has pulled through onto a BACs run fine, but when acknowledging the payment run i get an error because of this? I thought having the payments value and coding entered in the Non-Supplier Payment screen would act as allocation?

Custom event

I have created ‘ comment’ as a custom field in Purchase requisition screen , I need to create a custom event to copy the comments on the Purchase order header from Purchase requisition header when converting PR to PO . similarly to display the comments on Request for purchase order screen from purchase requisition header screen when converting from PR to RPQ . Can someone please help me with it . I tried creating events but no idea how to copy those comments on conversion .

Print Shipment Pro Forma Invoice - empty invoice

Hi, I'm new so I'm sorry if my question is chaotic. I work in APPS10.We would like a solution on how we can get charges included in the Shipment, so that it can be included in the customs invoice which is formed from the shipment.The problem is that when I get to the field PRINT SHIPMENT PRO FORMA INVOICE- the invoice itself comes empty. Like it can not read information from Shipment.Is there anyone who can help?

Can you use SLA Tracking Alarm on a Customer Support order

Hi All,I think I might be asking the obvious here, but just wanting to know if you can setup an “SLA Tracking” Alarm on a Customer Support order?It seems to me you can’t, because when you select ‘Event Type: SLA Tracking’ for a new alarm, the document type defaults to ‘Service Order’, as in the screenshot below, which you can’t then change (to Customer Support doc type). And also, looking at the sp_alarm_so_sla_tracking stored procedure, it seems that the document type in the alarm table, must match the order_type_id in the order_line table, which it won’t, because the alarm will be ‘service_order’ doucment_type, but the Customer Support order in the order_line table will be a ‘helpdesk_order’ order_type_id.I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t be able to SLA Track Customer Support orders, when they have SLA’s.Oh yeah, and we are an Alliance v12.5 site.Am I understanding this correctly?Is it possible to somehow SLA Track Customer Support orders?CheersMark.

Site security in custom LU

Hi All,I was told that creating a custom field in a custom logical unit and referencing it to the site, IFS would give access only to the rows that the user is allowed to. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Any user can see all the rows. Which is the right approach to solve this problem ? Saved search is not a solution because the user can still modify the parameters and get other site data.Thanks to all the people that can help me.

Users have training materials from "IFS AdminTrng (Apps9)" That material contains a link to a "List of Activities and Windows/Screens": ..........ifsdoc/f1doc/Foundation1/040_administration/210_security/020_permission_sets/reference_itd/feature_activities.htm. However, that list does not cover ALL the Permission Set Activities, for example, "Document Management" Activities. Where can I find or get "HELP", i.e., explanations, on all the Activities NOT covered in Foundation1 help as noted ??
