How can we know AR Balance in actual sales based on customer invoices on Customer Credit Analysis window?

When a new difference item is created in Mixed Payment, it can be considered as a new sales transaction and hence hitting AR balance and Sales value in Customer Credit Analysis screen.Because mixed payment contains below,(1)AR Balance in actual sales based on customer invoices(2)Amount generated by adjusting the difference.As (1),(2) are all contained in AR Balance and Total Sales onCustomer Credit Analysis window of IFS.So how can we know (1) on Customer Credit Analysis window?

Table View

We are in the process of migrating to Aurena and are in the design process. When we go to different screens with in the system, we have to change to table view every time to see all the info we need. Why isn’t the table view the default view?

IFS10 Update 14 migration job issue

In IFS Apps10 update 9 a migration job is working in update the same job doesn’t work anymore.No error message and result info mentions executed succesfully.The migration job is a job using an api procedure.the used procedure is PICK_CUSTOMER_ORDER_API.Report_Reserved_As_Picked__ Any idea?

Error running master schedule for some parts

IFS Cloud 22R1 , How to enable Basic Auth for a Standard RestAPI

Hi , I just installed IFS Cloud 22R1 ,during the installration ,I set“ifsappproxy.basicAuth = enabled” in ifscloud-value.yaml. So, my question is, what is the next step?for a specfic Projection(eg: ScrappingCausesHandling.svc) , how to make it support Basic Auth? in APPS 10 , via API Explorer , we can set a projection to “Include in Compatibility Application Type ” to make it support basic Auth. How to do this in IFS Cloud? 2. I alrady read this post , but is doesn’t mention how to enable a specific projection

Unmatched Cash Transactions

In the Help the definition of the Unmatched Cash Transactions field on the Manual Transaction Matching window says:Unmatched Cash Transactions:The total amount of the unmatched cash account transactions. This should be equal to the difference between the cash book balance and the bank balance (i.e. amount displayed in the Difference field) once the bank reconciliation process is completed for the reconciliation date displayed in the window.Can someone please clarify why the Unmatched Cash Transactions field is not the total of the unmatched transactions displayed once the reconciliation date has passed. ie If I search in the Manual Transaction Matching window for April 3, the total of the 4 rows displayed is -11099.12 (SUPAY) but the value displayed in the Unmatched Cash Transaction field is -18783.12 which is the same as the Difference field. Thanks

MWO - Workflow configuration not syncing to the Device

HI, We are in the process of establishing Aurena native MWO Application in IFS V10 UPD 7.As part of setup, we have configured Work Flow Configuration in Aurena Framework to disable some of the action buttons like Issue/quick issue Material etc., as this is not something the MWO User is suppose to do as per the Business Process.Apparently we have found that the Work Flow configuration is not synching to the Mobile device for the work tasks, if the Work Task Maintenance Organization is not same to the Resource ID (Employee) - Maintenance Organization.But the system allows to transfer the Work task to Resource ID (Employee) even if his Maintenance Organization is different from that of Work Task Maintenance organization which allows the MWO User to perform some of the actions (Issue Material) for those work tasks which he not suppose to do.I am not sure whether this is a bug and any fixes are available. Financials Standard queries and Reports based on 2 chart of accounts

Hi everyone,My customer wants to implement 2 charts of accounts in IFS CloudOne will be the Group chart of account (GCOA) The second will be the local COA by country (LCOA) A transcodification table between GCOA and LCOA will be put in place with a 1 to 1 approach and set via code string completion (A to B and B to A)As far as i know,all financials standard queries and reports within IFS Cloud can be reported based on code part A some can also be extracted based on code part B but not all My question is : Is there an existing table of all standard financials Queries and Reports available in IFS Cloud that shows this provision ? REPLENISH STOCK WITH DIFFERENT PART

ok forgive my naivety, but I need to know if something is possible. We would like to set up a safety stock system on Part A, which would trigger the production of Family B (Different Part Number), which creates 12 different parts, including Part A. When we run Family B, we use the Alternate parts transaction to put the parts into stock. Is there a way for Part A to trigger Family B?We are ok with alternate parts and setting safety stock levels, its just the demand calling for another part number.thanks in advance.

Dear All,Some of our users experience a log in error after the system prompts them to change their password. We have configured the password to expire after 90 days, but the given prompts the user to change the password before the expiry. The user is able to successfully change the password, but when they try logging in using the new password they get an error. After that we have to change the password again from oracle user.I would appreciate it if you could tell me a way to find out the cause of this problem.Thank you and Best regards.

Supplier Material for Purchase Order Line - UnReserve

We can reserve component material on Supplier Material for Purchase Order Line. How do we ‘Un-Reserve’ component material on Supplier Material for Purchase Order Line? Currently we don’t have any option to ‘Un-Reserve’. In Reserve Part, I tried entering the Qty Reserved in Negative (like how we Un-Reserve material on Material Requisition line) but this didn’t work here either.Any information how we can un-reserve material from supplier material for purchase order line is greatly appreciated.

Budget Transaction Import, Overwrite\Add

In our environment in APPS9 we are performing an import of BudgetTransaction using External File Assistant.In one of our companies, this is additive. In other companies all existing lines on the Budget Template are removed, and only the lines in the import file are added.We would like the behavior to be consistent but have so far been unable to locate the parameter or reason for the different behavior across companies.

IFS6 Mobile Attachments being discarded

Doing some mobile IFS6 u16 testing on a emulator, run into a strage issue with Mobile attachments. 1.Assign a task to a device2.Once recieved on the device, go offline3.Add a Task attachment on the device4.On the smart client, complete the task5.On the device, go back online and sync6.Observe on the smart client that the attachment has not synced back, even though all other notes etc do.7.Repeat with a fresh task, but DO NOT complete task on smart client8.Observe that attachment does sync back to smart client It seems after doing some testing, that Attachments on a device DO NOT become persistent records on the device UNTIL it has synced with the smart client. If the Task on the smart cleint is complete, then the attachment is simply discarded, if not completed then it does become a persistent record on the mobile device once synced. Any clues why it behaves like this?

Application windows are missing in the Default organization which are, Applications, Connections, System Diagram, Managed Organization.

The issue is there for the administrator of the default organization. I have tried log into the application from the administrator user and add the relevant views for the missing windows under the permissions from Administrator > Organization > Users > Permissions. But the relevant views were not available under the permissions. Could you please let me know how the screen permissions can be granted in a similar instance where the views are not available for the administrator for the default organization.

IE11 desktop application retires

Hello,We are currently on IFS APPs 9 UPD16 and recently received a message from Microsoft (see below) on IE11 desktop application is retiring on June 15, 2022. Does anyone know if this affects using IE to run IFS Apps 9 Applications? Is there something we need to prepare for? Generate normal hours for Job hours

Hi,As we report time on the Work order, the hours is shown in ‘My time card’ but in the ‘Not completed’ status, even if the schedule hours is met. We have to press: generate normal hours for job hours, for the hours to show in the Results tab.What is the purpose of this option?After pressing the button ‘Generate Normal hours for Job hours’, Results are shown, but this seems to be an additional step of no use.
