Move a field in Report Designer 21.1.1.0

Hi,I am trying to move a field in report designer. I am using the alt key to move it like the documentation says but either it won’t move or i make the cell bigger. Is there any easy way to move a field. We have hidden a few fields to make more room and now would like to move the fields over. This reporting tool is very frustrating. Print function settings

When trying to print box labels through SFWB it’s trying to do enough labels for all the quantity. Eg. on an 22000 unit order and 324 articles/box, the PDF IFS produces for printing is 70 pages. Another example is workers here expect the PDF format to change automatically based on either the article/box number they enter, or what printer is used for that particular print. So somewhere there are settings for this. It can be circumvented on most machines by manually changing the quantity to print from the pdf to 1 page. But on large orders it will crash.At first I narrowed it down to specific workcenters, but after looking around it almost seems global. If not, it’s wrongly configured on all workcenters. Any ideas where I can start to remedy this? I’m inheriting this issue and quite a novice, so please be patient with me.

Increase speed when searching read only custom fields

Hi all,We have some read only custom fields that takes some time to calculate (contains the listagg command). That is no problem when receiving a small number of rows. But when we are searching in the field it takes a long time. Like the one below: Anyone know a way to speed this this up?

System support for register information about chemicals

We received this requirement from one our customers and following describes it in high-level. Any knowledge about a solution? *********************************************There have been legal requirements for years that companies need to register and keep information about the goods they handle that contains specific substances. There are several different regulations depending on what country you are delivering the goods to but to mention a few we are SCIP, REACH, RoHs, 3TG and Cobolt. Further to this the legal requirement to report to governments introduced in SCIP in January 2022. These different regulations states what chemicals that needs to be disclosed, you need to report in which parts they exist and how much of the substance the part contains. The substances and tolerance associated to that can vary between the regulation standards. Is there any standard functionality for this in IFS? We are aware of the Dangerous Goods Classification functionality, but that is much more gene

FSM lobby element image is shown doubled on the lobby

Hi all,One of our customers is having an issue of a doubled lobby image when viewed from the web client. They have started facing this issue after UPD13 and is now using UPD15. The issue occurs only with the below image (.jpg) of their Logo and occurs in both Chrome and Edge. They have tried re-adding the image to the image library and creating a new lobby element, but no luck!I checked with the baseline versions but the issue is not there. Is there any parameter/ setting to check from the customer’s side which would possibly be a reason for this behavior?Thanks and Regards,Dulshan

As We know in Aurena , if we search something with the key word the default search type used is “startwith”Is it possible to get the search as “=” rather than “starts with “Not talking about below scenario😅Is it possible to search like “=” without typing = in the search criteria

Customer Order - How can we cancel Delivery for a "Create SM Object" line

Hi, my project’s scope is manufacturing -> Sales -> After Service (EAM) so, for Customer Order line, we will check “Create SM Object” to make IFS create “Serial Object” automactially when the order get deliveried. while, we found that after “Delivery”, we cannot undo the delivery, IFS don’t allow to do this(because there is a Serial Object). Is there any workaroud for this? thanks

Federated Search and Web Client in FSM Update 16 not reacting to UI Designer

Web client is only responding to app param FEDERATED_SEARCH_ENABLED. either for all screens or none. Customer needs to restrict in repair portal the ability to global search. The flag on individual screens reacts in smart client but not web. Is this by design or a bug in web client?

Staged Payment Template

We have a supplier who requires 50% payment in advance and 50% at acceptance.I have created a Milestone/Stage Payment Template, but I can’t see it on the Purchase order Line. The Validity is Active. Supplier Invoice Authorisation rule

Hi We have just activated our supplier invoice workflow module and have come across couple of issues and find some of the rules aren't working the way we would like them to.For all cost/overhead invoice we have PO authorization rule and have chosen to use Inherit Purchase rule, but the issue I have we have MRP related orders for all stock items these sit in diff stat group and we have excluded these from Purchase Order authorisation rule.But now the issue we have is when Supplier invoice do not match PO this these are invoices are going catch all rule, is there anyway when Invoices do not match they automatically go to the person who raised the original PO, for pricing issue.Is there way we can fix this as its causing lot admin time assigning authoriser for these invoices. Please help :) ThanksSwati

Team, please assist & point us in the right direction to resolve the following. We are on Apps9When Registering PO Arrivals on PO 8737, the user received an error stating: Connecting a Purchase Order to a project is only allowed when the Purchase Order is in Planned Status.The Order of Operations for our order is:Customer Order created with a connected Project Customer Order Released - which created Purchase Order with linked project in Planned status Purchase Order Released - sent to Supplier. Supplier sent parts to our warehouse Team trying to receive in the parts, and is receiving the following error: Confirmed there were no changes on the line items for the customer order, purchase order or the project activities. Please help determine why we are receiving this message on this Purchase Order.Thanks

Notification of Rejection

Hi all I am trying to create a Escalation Rule in which when someone rejects a case an email will be sent to the case creator stating as such. The problem is that when a case is rejected the only thing that is changed (that i can see) is a note put in the journal. Unfortunately this is not a parameter i can use to start the escalation. Has anyone else tried to do this and if so what did you do? Please note i am using APP8 Thanks in advance.
