Has anyone an answer to the below problem ? We need to undo a delivery as a customer has added a new line. There are no invoices created at this stage.

Hi @Schuffling, please note that there is a bug fix (127055) directly for this error in APP9 UPD2. But I believe you are in a higher UPD level than 2? Thanks.


After you undo the delivery, you can go back to the actual shipment screen and change to preliminary.

Yes we are using a higher level than 2.

 

After you undo the delivery, you can go back to the actual shipment screen and change to preliminary.

 

Unfortunately the error appears when we try to perform the Undo Delivery.
