Hi,We have an issue when setting up our GIS-integration with ESRI ArcGIS. All firewall and ports are open between IFS App server and our ESRI server.Somehow our layers still don’t load as expected when accessing our GIS-map.That leads us to suspect that some extra config is necessary, probably on our ESRI ArcGIS-server.Anyone got documentation descriping technical setup?Best RegardsAnders

Hello, I am testing a manual customer payment transaction type in the mixed payment module. I am in company 117 but would like to post vouchers to 118 using this feature. I have no issues when posting a regular manual payment transaction within the same company but get the following error code when posting to a different company. For context the following setup has been applied:Voucher series per voucher type is setup for Voucher “N”.Accounting period is open.User groups per period looks good. Thanks,

In IFS APPS 10 I need to set up e-mailing of payment reminders and interest invoices.As far as I understand I need the event PDF_REPORT_CREATED for these, but what are the parameters? Is there a way to set up the event without knowledge of the parameter options?Jonas Jäthing

Our suppliers (or some of them) needs to have a forecast monthly. Right now we have a quick report with all purchase requisitions as the forecast, which we manually send to them. We wanted to use the supplier portal, but the cost is ridiculus for the licenses. So we cannot use that right now. How do you send forcasts automatically in IFS? Is there any built in function?
How is it possible that a inventory part purchase with price 100 and inventory cost shows 1000? the only transactions happening were transport of stock between locations in the Site.

[IFS Cloud - 23R1 UPD 6] My Status:I have created the Azure Notification Hub. And the notifications are received to the Notification Hub.Which means the Notifications are sent from IFS Cloud successfully to the notification hub. i.e. Application parameters in IFS Cloud are correctly defined. The Notification Hub metrics shows that the requests have failed. Understandably this is due to not setting up the Google and Apple settings which requires keys from the development team.Thank you,Sanjaya
Hi,We are using IFS10 update 15.Basic setup is so, that we have warehouse in different site than manufacturing is. Customer orders are entered to warehouse site and MS level 1 part is active in warehouse site. If there is a need to manufacture more to warehouse, system creates Distribution order to manufacturing site. Also purchase order and customer order between the sites are created automatically. In manufacturing site, they create Shop Order and then they do ’backwards pegging’. Sometimes, there is that situation that DO receipt date is two weeks ahead but production has possibility to produce earlier (SO need date is earlier than DO receipt date) → when they do ‘backward pegging’ correctly to SO, Why DO date is not changing ? If manufacturing is later than original DO receipt date, then DO date is updated correctly..

Hi Team Greetings We have 2 MCPR transactions on which we are unable to transfer cost to customer company. When we create new transactions and transfer the cost on that projects everthing works fine.Only 2 transactions are stuck. We compared with other transactions which are working fine, everything looks fine with transactions in error. Still it gives error in background job as “Notice the background job has ended with an Error “No transactions to create cost accounting for ORA-20110: PrelInvoicePosting.NOACCTRANS” What can be the reason for it? Is it a bug?

how to reopen a closed accounting year on ifs cloud ?
In our Apps 10 environment we use MS Level 1 to enter the Master Schedule Forecast. We have the site manufacturing calendar set up for a 5-day work week starting on a Monday and ending on a Friday. We are able to enter a forecast date of a Saturday but not a Sunday. Why are we able to enter a forecast date of a Saturday when Saturday is not a workday? We also have an exception ID for our holiday days. We are also able to enter to enter a forecast date on a holiday day, why? The example below has allowed a forecast date of 7/1/2023, which is a Saturday. It also allowed a forecast date of 9/1/2023, which is on the holiday exception as a non-workday.
