Regarding customer request reported via G2350213In the employee record is it possible to change the Emp ID or Person ID. When someone changes their name we may need to change their Person ID. There are situations where an employee ID may need to change. Is there a way to easily update these fields?
Hello, everyone!Anyone familiar with IFS Cloud 21R2's Send Document File By Email feature in Document Revision window? I have installed the Aurena Agent and when I am trying to send the document, it neither opens the email nor gives any errors.I hope somebody can give us a word of advise on this matter.Your help is much appreciated.Thanks
Hello!Wondering if anyone else has solved this already… Danske Bank sent out the following information: “It will no longer be possible to send Bankgiro files (supplier payments) via Danske Bank, these files should instead be in ISO2022 XML format”Currently our Swedish entity is using payment format BGSWE (Bankgiro, Domestic Payments, Sweden). We tried to use ISO2022 instead, but apparently plusgiro account is required (not bankgiro), so the file didn’t go through as plusgiro account for supplier is missing. Does anyone have a solution for this?Many thanks in advance!
Hi,I’m trying to move our SMTP from our on premise exchange to O365… I’m trying to use smtp.outlook365 as the SMTP host, ive tried port 25 and 587 but nothing works..someone mentioned that they used a mail.protection.outlook.com host and port 25 which sort of works for internal addresses but i still cant send external…has anyone successfully got this working? what settings have you used? Hi, We’re having a lot of trouble with our Start Pages/Saved Searches in Apps 10 UPD4 (happened before UPD4 as well). They load fine at first, but if a user tries to refresh them (after a few minutes), they return ?’s instead of the number of hits. This is just one example, but it happens on many queries/profiles/permission sets/start pages/etc: I created a test start page with a simple query (I believe it’s simple, anyway, I’m unfortunately not very knowledgeable with SQL) The first time I opened this test start page, it loaded fine (all 1’s for the result). Now when I refresh after about 10-15 minutes of waiting on this screen, some will error out: This happens on start pages that don’t have duplicates like this, if that matters. We have 1 company that has 3 sites, 2 of the sites are manufacturing locations (site 2100 and 2200) and one is for R&D (site 2300). We want to limit the folks in R&D to only be able to view the data for the 2 manufacturing sites (2100 and 2200), but have full access to the R&D site (2300). The data that we need to limit is the Inventory Part, Recipe and Routing. I know one solution is to give them 2 different logins and set security to limit what they can/can’t do with permission sets and site assignment. This takes extra user logins (licenses) that I would rather not have to do. Is there any other way to do this?

Hi Experts, Once of our customer is asking where we can set the timeout for mWO authentication? Business Impact: Can we define the MWO session timeout.? Customer get the popup in MWO app 'Credential expired' after specific time and being asked to reauthenticate. They need know is the time user configurable? Hi Team,When creating a Manual Supplier Invoice with the manually added Non-Deductible Tax Amount creates database records in the invoice_tab, invoice_item_tab, source_tax_item_tab with the calculated non_deduct_tax_dom_amount. The calculated non_deduct_tax_dom_amount value calculating using non_deduct_tax_curr_amount (Non-Deductible Tax Amount) . And for the given tax code both values should equal. There is an unbalanced Posting Proposal connected to manual supplier invoice with different values for non_deduct_tax_curr_amount and non_deduct_tax_dom_amount in all three database tables. And the saved non_deduct_tax_dom_amount value for that invoice equal to total_tax_dom_amount.Any guidance would be appreciated.
We are having an issue with initialization times being 2 hours long. After update initialization was just 2 minutes but has gone up, “MobileObjextEI” entity seems to be the hang up. Once that entity runs initialization completes.
