Hi all, Wonder if you can help with an issue we are having with the inter-company invoicing.We had an order for our Spanish site from a customer in Spain. The part was supplied by our UK site, sent over and then the accompanying invoice was sent from the UK to our Spanish site via the EDI messaging.The below screenshot confirms that the invoice was sent…. This is all well and good, but we can’t seem to find said invoice in the Supplier Invoice Analysis for our Spanish site…. Are there any settings we are missing or something we have overlooked?? Hi, I am practicing about web services. I would like to change the URL with a parameter. It is working while static value. However, I couldn’t do it with a URL parameter. Hi, we recently updated to 23R1 and noticed that we are not longer allowed to put resource demand across maintenance organizations. The resource has to be connected to the same organization as the workask is assigned to. Otherwise the error message “Resource JOHAN does not have valid Maintenance/Service specific Site Settings defined.”” shows up. Why is that changed? Our process was built after the possibility to put demands across organizations. If a planner needs to borrow 1 resource from another organization to work with her/his worktask it is not possible without changing the worktasks organization or create a new work task?

Hello,We are on IFS 10 SP7. While using Wadaco/Hand held device i have configured user to a logicial printer which is mapped to print agent at a remote site. He is able to send lable to print on that printer. Now the same user moves to another site/unit/terminal and has to send the print of the to another printer. In handheld device he does not get print dialog so he can’t chose printer.Can any one suggest on the same. Early response will be appriciated.RegardsPankaj

Hi, This is a question and also suggestion. You can add measurements in mobile work order application on your tablet. But when you forget to enter measurements and you complete your work, it’s too late to enter them back.So it would be nice to have possibility to make measurements mandatory for example for certain objects. Or at least have a reminder before completing work to enter measurements.Or maybe it is possible to create using events? But in case of “offline mode” sometimes, when an event will block something during synchronization it may lead to problem with work.Best regards,Hubert

I cannot isolate why some tasks that are completed in mWO are not updating the Work Task to Work Done status. In the example below, we have a 2-task work order, with each task having 1specified person resource demand (no other demands). Each task was assigned to the same resource as the demand, and then transferred to mobile. Task was completed in mWO, no outstanding steps or materials, etc., then returned. Reviewing the task shows the following results:
Hello,For one of our Remote IFS Cloud 23R2 Customers, we are trying to setup SMB storage. The SMB share was created by the Customer’s IT team and we are trying to configure the parameters in the ifscloud-values.yaml file by following the guide. ( https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/23r2/070_remote_deploy/400_installation_options/120_file_storage_for_remote/122_installation_guide/#activating_file_storage_service) The MTinstaller is successful but the ifs-file-storage pod is stuck at Init State.
