When we attempt to create a new RFC event via the “Save as New” feature, we are seeing that the Scheduled Start and End dates are cleared before the final save step. Is this the normal expected behavior for this feature? All other fields retain any changes to the form, including the Required Date field.Thanks!Jeremy Perkins

Lobby Link to Excel Quick Report - MATRIX ELEMENT DESIGNER

Hello everyone, I have a question? I need your information on this. Can I send parameters from the lobby item designer to the quick report? I want to do this operation in matrix element designer. Note: I can do this in the List Item designer(ifsrep:qr.xxxxxxx), but it doesn't work in the matrix item designer.

how to create a shop order for rework on supplier's defect parts but without calculating the material cost

I would like to know, how I can create a new shop order to rework on defect delivered parts.but I only need to report the supplier about the time I spent on rework, and not the material cost.but when I print the NCR, I show the cost like= material cost + extra time cost! whereas I did not have any material costs.how can I separate the costs in IFS and in the report?thank you for the help

Values in FSM6 webclient visible for some users but not others

We recently had a user of FSM6u7 webclient report that some values in numeric fields (i.e. qty in the task - labour and expense tab) are not visible. Other users are not having the issue when looking at the same records. A new profile was created from scratch (not copied/cloned) and the user is having the same issue but others are not when logging in with the same duplicated credentials. This seems to be pointing to a hardware issue but the user has not had any changes in hardware nor configuration of the hardware (that they are aware of). Looking to see if anyone has any insight or experiance with this type of issue.

Migration Job for Functional Object Testpoints and Parameters

Hi,I am trying to run a migration job to import a large number of test points and parameters on functional objects. I am experiencing two issues:1. Testpoints: for some reason I cannot migrate into the custom fields I have set up on Testpoints (EQUIPMENT_OBJECT_TEST_PNT). Any idea’s why the migration job will not let me migrate into my persistent custom fields?2. Parameters: When I run the second method of my migration job (EQUIP_OBJ_PARAM), it updates the Parameter for the Default testpoint not my newly created Testpoint. Anyone had a similar issue or has a solution? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,Harry

How do I grant access to the details on current row RMB in the time registration page?

A user at our company has access to the “details on current row” option when she right clicks in a line on the time registration page. I’m pretty new to IFS permissions and could use some help figuring out how to grant other users access to this feature. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Below is a screenshot of the menu and option when the user right clicks in the time registration page where she wants to add the comments.

Package parts

HI,in the Cloud, version 23.1.2, we are seeing the following when testing. I tested package parts and they work fine in business opportunities. But when I go to send it over to a customer order, I get an error message that non-inventory sales parts cannot be package parts. That is also true if you try to put supply code package on a non-inventory part on just a straight customer order.Is this something new? If so, why would it allow you to non-inventory parts to a BO for a package part? Thanks,Jo

Update of planned delivery time in customer order line

I work in IFS Cloud - updates 22.2.8. When updating planned delivery time in customer order line to a later date than first promised, first promised is also changed. We have printed the order confirmation first and checked in order details that this is the case in Documents shared. Any one experiences the same now?

Creating a hyperlink from list/table to another record...

How do I create a field in a table that links from a list/table to another record. As an example, I’m linking from the parts requisitions on a purchase requisition to the Purchase Order. I have all the information I need displayed, but not sure how to create the link. See attached, I want to be able to click on the PO number, and that takes me to the PO.

ETM DataMapper Variable Search for Product from known Item

Assyst ETM v 1.5Can you please advise if it possible to have a datamapper that searches for a value from a table in the database based on a value in a .csv file, and then reference that later in the data mapper?For example, we have a .csv file that is used to update Items within assyst, and that csv lists the Item shortcode.What I would like to do is identify what the product of that Item is, and then further down the datamapper reference that Product when searching to update the product version from that specific product?I need to do this, as there are a couple products that have the same Product Version in the cmdb, so when this datamapper runs it doesn’t know which product version to apply – so I need to configure the data mapper to target the correct product.

mWO Service - Adding List Screens to the Work Details Menu

Hello,Can we have a direct link to the Work Order Journal list screen in mWO Service rather than navigating to Work Order > Work Order Journal? I tried adding a Command Group to Navigate to the baseline WorkOrderJournal page from Work Details but it doesn’t redirect me to the screen but stays in Work Details.Please let me know the possibilities. How to disconnect the customer order line revenue from project activities?

Hi all.I have a customer order line connected with a project activity and I need that the revenue generated via that line is not transfered to the project.The reason is because all reveneu will be invoiced from an invoicing plan linked with the same activity, and now, in my project, I see the revenue duplicated.I tried to check the Invoice Blocked field in the customer order line but it doesn’t work.Is there any way to get this?
