IFS Cloud - How to add document text/output type to a document thats not in the document list

Hello,

 

Is it possible to add a document to the document list so I can have document text appear on the Shop Order Operational report?

Per the documentation this is not possible. Have you considered using the Work Instruction report as an alternative to the Shop Order Operational report?

Hi @matt.watters,

Unfortunately, this is not possible with our current work process and timeframe. I alternatively created custom fields and workflows to handle these custom fields. These custom fields will be used on the Shop Order Operational report, which I configured to appear via a custom report designer layout. This solution is the best possible alternative we currently can have with our limitations.
