How do I create a field in a table that links from a list/table to another record. As an example, I’m linking from the parts requisitions on a purchase requisition to the Purchase Order. I have all the information I need displayed, but not sure how to create the link.

See attached, I want to be able to click on the PO number, and that takes me to the PO.
