Matrix Lobby - How to get complete view of table

Hi All, I’ve created a Matrix lobby element, My X-axis is based on the coordinator and is alphabetically sorted. The lobby element itself is & 2x2 and logically, not everything fits on the 2x2 size. So I clicked the ‘Full screen’ option, but still the view only shows coordinators untill the letter ‘M’. So I am missing about 50% of the coordinators. How can I get a complete overview of the total table? Is there a button or something to click that expands to the 2nd part of the table? Best RegardsRoel Timmermans

Print agent processes jobs but does not send documents to printers

Hi all,When I installed a print agent for the first time, it worked very well...for a few hours !Now print jobs are processed but nothing is sent to the printer, which is correctly installed and seen by the server. Any idea ? Thanks in advance

Hyperlink from FSM Mobile App to open another application by passing input params

Flashlight disabled when scanning barcodes ios mobile

We are unable to use the camera flashlight feature in ios when scanning barcodes in version 6.7 Does anyone know if this problem is fixed in a later build?

Missing forecast from one facility MSL 1

Good afternoon, we have an item set up in two facilities, one is a distribution center, and the other is a manufacturing plant, my issue is the in the manufacturing plant we cannot see the forecast or demand that is loaded a DC, set up is correct but don’t know why MSL1 for manufacturing is not generating any data nor requirements. Thx.

We have a requirement to limit the selected users on system lookup field (contact user) to get users that their aliases are members of specific secondary service departments.If it was primary service department it would be more straight forward, but for secondary service departments I tried many expressions but all failed. Any ideas?

FSM Mobile Barcode Scanning App

Hi,We wish to use barcode scanning in our Mobile app. The app referenced in the manifest file: com.google.zxing.client.android is not available for our device. Can i just change this reference for a barcode scanner of our choice? or is the mobile app configured to use this specific one? Regards,Martin

Import Results Not Matching Number of Import Records

Is anyone else seeing or know the reason behind the mismatch between successfully imported number and how many rows were in the file? Example:The screenshot says 15 rows successfully but there were 100 rows in the file.

Report picking of parts in bulk - WaDaCo

Can the report picking by part support a bulk pick by part number?For example, if a Customer Order has:5 different lines for Part# XX-100 for a quantity of 5 each These 25 pieces exist in one Inventory LocationIs there any mechanism that would point the user to go the Inventory Location and pick 25 pieces of Part# XX-100 as opposed to 5 different line items of Part # XX-100?The business requirement requires multiple different line items as reports need to be generated in a specific format with unique tags being referenced on each line item. Although this affects packing of the Shipment, the customer does not want this to impact Picking of the Shipment. I assume that each line will be treated like it’s own line number (i.e. unique demand) as there is no native function in the UI to support this requirement but curious if I may be missing something.Environment: 23R1 SU1

Crystal web server instances

I have created 4 Crystal web server instances on our print server. We seem to have some delays printing particularly if someone sends multiple print jobs. What I have noticed is that nothing is ever logged in anything but the first instance. Can anyone else with this setup say if it is expected behavior? How do you know the other Crystal instances are being used?

Supplier Payment Proposal Priority

We are running IFS 10 UPD 9. When we create a supplier Payment Proposal and enter a Priority, the system is adding all payments for suppliers with that priority or less. For example, if we enter priority 3, we are getting a proposal that contains suppliers with priorities of 1, 2 or 3. This does not seem to agree with the documentation. Is there a setting we are missing or is the behavior different between 10 and Cloud?

Sales Quotation Date on Email

Hi All There is some quite strange functionality in IFS Sales Quotations where the Quotation Date is only populated when you Release a quotation AND Print it (to screen or printer). It is very strange that it doesn’t have the same functionality when you Email it (without print previewing). Is this the same for everyone else, or is it an issue/bug in our version (22.2.8)? Thanks

Get all available forms/entities

Hello, is there a API call that returns all existing forms in IFS - both system and custom forms?Because I see some API calls that return only the custom forms, while I see it is possible to get a specific system form by the ID but I do not see an option to get/list all system forms too? I am using these API calls:{url}/assystREST/v2/definitions → this returns all forms but I do not see the system forms - all IDs start from 318 up (I see the system forms start from ID 1...) {url}/assystREST/v2/events/incident/definition → this returns the form for a specific entity? {url}/assystREST/v2/events/definition?customDefinition=GUIDED INCIDENT → this returns the custom form definition of specfied form shortCode Thanks

IFS operation stock quantities

I have a shop order that have 2 operation. When i report NO:10 operation, where can i look stock quantity of that operation?i can look from shop order menu but, when i report no:20 operation calculation goes bad. Is there any report that shows me real momentary stock of 10 number operation? As you can see, shop order quantitiy 320 pc.i reported 200 pc from 10 no operationthen i reported 100 pc from 20 no operationin reality i must have 100 pc stock from no 10 operation and (i can’t see it, i need to see it)100 pc stock from no 20 operation (that goes to inventory, i can see it)I hope i can describe my question. Hi everyone, I have an issue on Aurena (23R1 Update 7). When I create a new customer check and select only one invoice I get this message “No access - Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action”.My user have all rights (permission set) on IFS but he can’t validate this action. Do you have an idea about this issue ? Thanks.

Email Customer Invoices to Multiple Contacts (Cloud)

Does anyone know if it is possible in Cloud to setup emailing invoices (confirmations, pro-formas etc) to multiple contacts, please? I appreciate there are a number of other handles to turn but basically in Apps9 I know if I set up an entry like this in the Comm Method tab of the Customer with abc@company.com; xyz@company.com; 123@company.com in the Value field, customer invoices will be emailed to all three addresses. So far, all I can glean is you enter your email address here... … and then pick it up from the List on the Payment/AR Customer Contact section. But this is only a single contact - not multipleAny thoughts/ideas/suggestions/know-how would be greatly appreciated! Thanks LInda
