Is there a way to have availability check automatically apply dates at customer order entry for supply code Purch Order Dir?For Invent Order it does this, but for Purch Order Dir it appears to suggest a new date (based on supply chain matrix and supplier manufacturing lead time), but leave it to the user to apply the date.
Hi All, We have a client requirement where buyer wants to return the Purchase order created through purchase requisition by providing the return reason to the requisitioner who created the PR found in case of any discrepancies in Purchase order created from Purchase requisition, then Purchase team (Buyer) should be able to return the Purchase Requisition by adding the comments. This comments to be appear in purchase requisition at header level.So kindly let me know if there are any possible way to return the Purchase order (in Planned status POs) so that Purchase requisition status gets changes to planned status from Closed status or buyer can change the PR status in PR screen by changing it from Closed or Authorized status to Planned status in order to trigger the authorization cycle after making the changes in PR screen.Your suggestion is highly appreciated and thank you.
I have found that the HR Access - HR Application Manager must be check for a select few users in our doc control dept. to be able to add training documents to the person documents tab (tbwPersonalDocumentTab). Without the HR Application Manager access checked, the users can only see their own data. This seems to be new behavior for IFS10 as compared to IFS9. Note that we do not use the HR Module for Organization maintenance. How can we allow the users to add our training documents to the person document tab without applying HR Application Manager access? Is there a way to assign these documents to a person w/o using the person document tab? What are the risks associated with HR Application Manager access?

Hello everyone, I don’t find the ‘down payment’ option when creating an invoice from the ‘Stage billing profile’ page (customer order >Lines>Line details>staged billing profile) . Normaly in IFS app we can find this menu, the options I can’t find in IFS Cloud are highlighted: Below the same page in IFS Cloud, where there only ‘create invoice’ option : I don’t understand why there’s no more down payment nor finale invoice in this page. Also what’s the difference between a ‘down payment’ (‘acompte’ in french) and ‘invoice’ (‘facture’ in french ).Thank you in advance for your answers.
We are currently using FSM Technician portal from version 5.6.3 on which we were able to add custom validation logic (via .NET code), including highlighting specific fields or line to make it easier for our team to do their tasks. Wondering what options we have if we’ll use version 6U24 ? Client scripting functionality is not robust enough to accommodate complex logic we need. Is there a way to insert .NET code or JScript code in this version of Technician Portal?

Hello!Wondering if anyone else has solved this already… Danske Bank sent out the following information: “It will no longer be possible to send Bankgiro files (supplier payments) via Danske Bank, these files should instead be in ISO2022 XML format”Currently our Swedish entity is using payment format BGSWE (Bankgiro, Domestic Payments, Sweden). We tried to use ISO2022 instead, but apparently plusgiro account is required (not bankgiro), so the file didn’t go through as plusgiro account for supplier is missing. Does anyone have a solution for this?Many thanks in advance!
Hi Everyone,Apologies if I have missed a similar post to my question.We currently operating on IFS Apps 10 update 15.I want to configure a REST API call which is called through a custom menu - I was looking at creating a routing address which will have our API Endpoint. Our API call requires the use of a client ID and Client Secret but we do not have a Token endpoint created as of yet - just an ID and secret. To call the API I’m using (ifsapp.command_sys.Send_Rest_Message) - which works OK - the only issue is that I do not want to share the ID and Secret in the PLSQL block. Is there a way of hiding the secret which can be called from a PLSQL block - or if there is alternative way which would be better for us to utilize?Many Thanks,Dan

Hi,We have set the below company properties to restrict employees editing their project time reporting after time card is authorized. In this example, particular Cost Accounting box in Project Transactions is set to ‘Approved’ automatically for particular employee since his time card on 19.01.2023 is authorized. However, employee is not allowed to edit time reporting (hours), but he is able to change the project ID, activity or report code on particular date even though his time card is authorized. Dear Experts, I have a request to build a wage code for Arrears Salary Calculation in IFS10. Here the requirement is, an employee is entitled to a salary increment from February 2023. But the amount will be paid in June with the arrears Amount (2000 * 4). How is it possible to set this up in IFS with a wage code? How can i match two or more invoices with one payment in external payments? In external payments I have loaded a CAMT053 fil and I would like to match one payment with two or more invoices. How can I do that? Here is an fictitious example:The company has received a customer payment at 267,750 DKK. This payment is payment for two customer invoices. How can we match the payment with two invoices in External Payment Details and not only with one? As you can see we only can match one invoice at the linie. Please let me know what you are doing to match one Customer- or Supplier payment with two or more invoices in External Payment Details.

Hi Everyone,We were able to schedule BR and send it to users by mail directly, but our request now is to schedule a BR to be send to PMs of active projects (we have around 100 projects).If I do it via Scheduled Reports, I will have to create 100 schedule reports and keep updating them every time PM change, new project created or another one closed...Project_ID is a parameter for the business Report.Not sure if there is a way to schedule a database task that lunch a custom event and in the event to trigger/ call a Business report (which function to call?)… then maybe send a link to the report archive or attach it to the PM mail ideally.
