Print agent processes jobs but does not send documents to printers

Hi all,

When I installed a print agent for the first time, it worked very well...for a few hours !

Now print jobs are processed but nothing is sent to the printer, which is correctly installed and seen by the server.

Any idea ?

Hi @jptardif,

Please check whether that the correct printer (Physical) is mapped in the Print Agent configuration.

Thank you for answering.

The printer is mapped. I tried with different printers and print agents, with the same result.
