I have created 4 Crystal web server instances on our print server. We seem to have some delays printing particularly if someone sends multiple print jobs. What I have noticed is that nothing is ever logged in anything but the first instance.
Can anyone else with this setup say if it is expected behavior? How do you know the other Crystal instances are being used?

Make sure that the multiple web instances were created according to the guidelines.

However, the report formatter will consider only the web instances mentioned in the system parameter called Virtual Directory names given to the Crystal Web Service instances in IIS.
