Partial created Projection Configurations is not visible

1- I created a new (custom) Entity configuration2 - I create an New Projection Configuration - Configure standard projection - and added the Custom Entity3- I did not complete the Projection Configuration, browsed to prev. page or close browser4- Projection is not listed at Projection Configurations5- When repeating step 2 i got an error “Projection Config Entity already present in the configuration” I tryed to refersh dictionairy cache I cleared browser data Re-logged onPartial created Projection Configurations is not visibleIFS Aurena framework version: 21.2.8.20220505044635.0

Functional Area Conflict Report

In most IFS reports, if you go to the Report Definition, there is an underlying table that matches the Report ID. This table holds the data gathered for the report.For example, the Purchase Order uses the PURCHASE_ORDER_PRINT_REP.By getting the Result Key shown in the Report Archive, you can access the data in that table for the report.The Functional Area Conflict report lists the Report ID as FUNCTIONAL_AREA_CONFLICT_REP. This table exists in the system, but it does not contain any data that matches the Result Key listed in the Report Archive.Does anyone know where this report data is actually stored?

Automatic Incident creation via SolarWinds Pingdom Alert

We are looking to create a webhook in IFS. We are using SolarWinds Pingdom as a Web application monitoring system so whenever web app is down it generates an alert. Pingdom has capability to send a payload to Webhook with status change details from success to failure. Basically, we are trying to create IFS incident automatically when Pingdom generates an alert. Has anyone done something like this?

Shop Order - Specific product structure

Hi, If I have Shop Order where we are going to manufacture a specific product with eng rev X. The Eng rev X requires underlying material to have a certain eng rev to go into this structure. However, when reserving material to the shop order it is till possible for me to reserve other revisions that are too low even if the product structure points at a higher revision required to manufacture the product with eng rev x. Is there a way to make sure that a product structure connected to a shop order only points to the material with correct revision in the inventory?

Customer Payment proposal issue

Hello everyone ,So I’am trying to stop the creation of a new customer payment order if the client is not approved ( I have a approval template attached to the customer screen) .Here is my script (it’s a event action ) to get you a better idea of my requirement : My problem is that when the script finds an unapproved customer, it triggers the error message and rollback, but it doesn’t check the next customer.I’ve tried to use CONTINUE in the ELSE statement, but it doesn’t work .

Disabling Serial Tracking on Part gives Error ' The Part Exists on a Purchase Order Line '

Hi Gurus, By mistake we have Turned on the Serial Tracking for a Master Part. The PO was Created for this Part as well (Project Connected). Now users are trying to Disable the Serial Tracking on the Master Part and they get an Error ‘ The Part Exists on a Purchase Order Line ‘. Is there a way that we could Disable the Serial Tracking for this Part? We are on IFS Cloud 22R1

Hello,What is the best way to capture who a PO has been emailed to. I have created a custom field to hold this information but am unsure on the best way to go about getting this info. Would I need to retrieve the print job id or result key from RMB ?Thanks in advance

Time Clock Terminal Loading Error

Hi community! I setup the time clock terminal in 23R1 and I followed all the instructions (i.e IAM Client , setup the service user and generate the Secret etc). When I go to sign in, I get this loading screen and it does not ever finish spinning…. am I missing something?

IFS Cloud - Unable to find my custom view when create a new lobby data source

Morning,We are trying to create a new lobby, but we it come time to create the datasouce (using datasource designer), we are getting always the error “UNABLE TO FIND xxxxx View” (where xxxxx is the name of the view). I already change the grants in all ways possible, and I don’t thing the problem is it. Did anyone have the same problem and managed to fix? Thanks, Gianni

Mixed Payments - Attachment - IFS Application 10 UP17 - How to

Hi, I can se that others have asked the same questions about how to add a document / attachment into Mixed Payments and that this wasn't working but might work in the future. Is this problem solved OR have anyone succeed of configure IFS to handle Attachment in Mixed Payments. When I did the test of adding Get_Document_Access into Mixed Payment the function wasn't accessible, so this might not work. Thanks for you assistance RegardsFredrik Dahlgren

Tax Reports Issues - Report Preview Empty/Blank during New Tax Proposal

Hello community,I’m trying to print Tax Reports following some steps from IFS Italian Localization guide. Nothing should be different for this flow beetwen Italy and other localizations.I defined Tax Reports, I connected tax books to tax reports; actually I have 3 books for purchasing and one for sale, for this reason I also created Tax Summarized Report.At the moment of New Tax Proposal, after the Preliminary Printing, the report preview is empty (same thing also with the Definitive Report printing. No error messages are generated during the process.For sure, a lot of Invoices (sales and purchase) have been created in the environment. Can someone help me?Do you know the cause of the problem?Am I missing any information in the BDR setup? Thank youEdoardo

Sales Configurator Notes

Is it possible to restrict access to notes on the Sales Configurator based on user security? We would like to have two sets of notes. The first set would be available to the sales force and our internal marketing group. The second set would have more details, but only be viewable by our internal marketing group.

When we remove the tick from exclude from organization chart in a position in the graphical position structure and save, the error pops up - “Cannot alter Exclude from Organization Chart as it is selected in the parent position”. how can we alter this? is there any option?

Shop Order Need Date

I am trying to change the dates so that my Wanted Date and Target Date for my Customer Order Lines match but keep getting a error. I first manually change the dates to when I want them. I click “Yes” when asked if I want to replicate changes to pegged orders. I get an error that says “due date is earlier than today’s date” I click yes. I go into the DOP Header and confirm here is an ‘Alarm.” I then go and click “Update Top Level Date” then click “Yes” when asked “pegged orders exist for DOP Would you like the date to be updated.” Then several “alarms” show up. I then click Propagate Date Upstream and “Yes” to “would you like to replicate the changes to pegged orders.” I then get this

Chat feature partitioning by service department

Is there any way to do this?As I understand it, by default all assyst users(service desk agents) all go in one pool of available chatters and they are assigned contact users to respond to on a round robin basis. However, consider that we have a HR department and a general IT department and we want contact users who initiate chats from a HR ticket to go to HR agents and IT tickets to go to IT agents. Is there a way to achieve this?

limit attachement capabilities per profile

HelloI want to provide the capability to add document on supplier files only to a particular team.Later, the other people will have access to attached file on a view mode : this can be managed by groups on Document Revisions.I didn't find the way to manage rights on the 'New' button available on the attachment insert on the Supplier form (LU SupplierInfoGeneral) without changing the behavior of the EDM on other views.has anyone already implemented a similar process or knows how to do it?Thanks Daniel
