Lunch & Learn: IFS Cloud - New Customer Enablement

Question:
I have requested access to my IFS cloud credentials. I have received the links (for PROD/UAT and CFG) but when I try logging in, it says Invalid Username or Password. Can someone help me out with this please? Thanks.

Hello @Anica Tannevi ,

if this is new environment then you should login via user ifsadmin. it will ask you to reset your password.

then go to solution manager/users/get ifsapp user and reset and activate user ifsapp or if you want to use any other user
