There are several positions created in the system, however, when creating new employee, the field “Position” is mandatory, but there is nothing in the drop down list to select from:

Hi Alina,
If the positions were created just before, in the same session, it might be a matter of logging out and in again. If not, please check (in Supervisor Access Setup) if you have the privilege HR Application Manager, because that’s necessary if you want to create an employee and assign an organizational unit/position to that employee.

and if no employee exists how can i create the first one ?
