Dears, We have an issue on some of customer orders.we need to update sale quantity after customer order status be delivered or partial delivered.but we cannot there is error : illegal operationhow we can do these updates?

In Aurena in the customer screen when I do 'copy customer' and fill in the fields and click on 'ok'.The new customer data is not getting loaded it says nothing found. The data is getting loaded after refreshing the page.please help us to understand what could might be the issue? In IFS Brazil solution, can two inventory locations be setup to have different tax ids? We understand that we can create two sites and attach the two tax ids to them. But this creates the challenges in giving user access to multiple sites and implementing inter site flows.
We have a customer trying to set up a solution where a customer is found in IFS through their telephone number. So whenever the customer calls, IFS will look up the customer in a custom lobby page we have made. We have to deliver a URL link for their phone company who is setting it up. I have found the correct way to create the link, so IFS will open on the lobby page, using the phone number given to find the correct customer. My question is - is it possible to insert something in that URL link, that makes sure a new window is open in IFS, when running the link? The customer doesn’t want the existing window that are already open to be reloaded, since they are actively working on that.

I am trying to bring back the maximum valuation number from subval_valuation_cfv for that subcontract and if a valuation doesn't exist for that subcontract, then bring back row but show valuation no as null. I only want to see one row for ever subcontract number even if a valuation doesn’t exist. Getting Error “Invalid file name” when trying to save document using “Copy File To…”It is working when using another option “Original File Name” to download the file.Normally this happens when file name includes invalid characters, but in this it is not the case. Even changing file name to a simple one does no resolve the issue.Any advice on how to resolve this?
Curious as if anyone knows of a known issue in IFS10 regarding a SQL quick report used in a custom menu with bundle execution check box set.I have the same custom menu and sql quick report functioning in IFS9, but in IFS10 we get the error “Failed executing statement (ORA-00920: invalid relational operator” which is the same as any where clause error for invalid relational operator. Has the operator changed in IFS10 (&) or is there a permissions set needing to be updated?Thank you.
Hi Everyone :) Is there a way to link customer order invoice lines with customer invoice posting lines?The reason is that I'm working on a custom report where they want to view the customer invoice lines(postedauth lines) and the associated GL account.I am aware that there are no distinct customer invoice lines for taxes and discounts, but is there a simple way to connect the GL account to the charges and other part lines? Hi, Can someone give me some insights on the difference between unit cost and part cost? If I manufacture a standard part, with labour and material, for the first time, it looks like IFS puts the standard cost into the unit cost after receiving (I did not do any calculation up front). This value is ok, do I need to do the part cost calculation? What’s the consequence If I don’t? Configurable parts, with standard cost and cost per config setting, seem to have that cost on the unit cost. If i make a config for the first time, IFS adds the cost in the unit cost. Do I need to do the calculate cost up front in the DOP of interim header?
I am trying to stop sending statements out to customers with an old credit balance. My thought is to do this via crystal, supressing the values when the total is negative but am wondering if there is any standard functionality in IFS to do this? Cheers for your help
In IFS I am being asked to make the availability check at customer order entry check the entire structure for availability, not just the top part being ordered. Is there a reason why this would be needed. I found documentation saying it specifically uses the top level only. I was under the assumption that demand considers the components already, so there's no need for the availability check to also do it. We are using APB to schedule shop orders. Parts are manufactured in four processes on different work centres with the different sub-assemblies (manufactured components) identified as separate parts. The processes need to be scheduled so that they are completed in time for the next part to be started. We are backward scheduling and the top part’s need date should drive the scheduling of the previous (lower) parts in the structure. APB is not scheduling the shop orders of the parts as we had expected. How can this be achieved in APB?
We are using Project Deliverables for a customer and in the created structure in Project Deliverables in a first stage, we want to add a purchase plan for components with a long lead time to have them ordered in an earlu stage of the project. In a second phase the complete BOM is been created and pieces are copied from PDM to have it built. In that complete structure with a “top part” that has a shop order plan and an underlying structure with supply option “PMRP” we have those long lead time components again because they are also part of the structure. Although we would like to choose the supply option in such a way that IFS would recognize that they were already ordered with the purchase plan and no new demand from project deliverables is been created.Does anyone has an idea whether this is possible and how to manage this?Your help will be highly appreciated.Thanks,Kurt
