Hi, we tested sending QR payment files successfully in June, but now (in a go-live situation) we have a problem. In the xml this “SCOR” shows up: And not the “QRR” we previously got We are using IFS10. Has anyone else ran into a similar issue and know where to fix it? Format specific info per institute - we use ISO20022 and file template CH (001.001.03) and the “SCOR” shows regardless if we have “structured payment” ticked or not, which seems weird to me.BR,Henrica
We currently have the following valid from and valid until dates in this period: There is transaction in the hold table dated 11/26/2023 that has not been posted yet, coming from an interim voucher. We would like to change the valid until date to 12/21/2023 (and also change the valid from date for the next period to 12/22/2023), but when we try to do so, we get this message: Is there any way at all to change the dates? We really need to be able to do so. Any help would be much appreciated.
We are running the cleanup of inventory background job daily, we have this set to 0 days before current date so it will clear everything with an old activity date. The job is running each day as I can see that it is clearing out inventory, however I am left with lines that will not clear. These lines have 0 on hand quantity, 0 in transit, are not frozen and the last activity date is prior to the job being executed. The transaction history for these parts are also showing as old dates. Is there anything else that would block these lines from clearing when the cleanup background job is executed? Thanks
Hi everyone, Per my understanding Customer Collective invoice is per site.In another words, that means Ifs is not able to group in one invoice, customer orders related to different sites.1/ Am I correct ?2/ I don’t understand the reason, Ifs has this limitation. We are currently facing challenges with counting part serials which are serial traced 'at receipt and issue' & 'not in inventory'. These type of parts have a stock record in the ‘inventory parts in stock’ view consisting of a line which states a ‘*’ in the serial number column. When creating a count report consisting of a serial traced part ('at receipt and issue' & 'not in inventory'), WaDaco asks us to scan a ‘*’ for the serial no. field. Where we make use of a barcode label with a GS1 code consisting of an identifier for a serial no. The first error is that the scanner gives an error for a faulty scanned serial no's where the part's real serial no. is scanned through the GS1 code and not an ‘*’. The second thing is that in case we have a counting difference, we need to state which serial no's are missing. Since we do not know which serial no.'s are in stock, we cannot state which ones are missing. Does anyone have a solution/ WoW for the above case? How do we need to set up
Hey Community,If you set up an customer mandate in IFS for direct debiting, the bank needs to be specified for each mandate. That means, that if you use several banks (e.g. 3) and you have a lot of customer mandates (e.g. 1500) you need to set up a lot of double data (3x1500).The customer give us a mandate to charge his/her account, it doesn’t matter what bank we use. So from our point of view it is a huge work load to maintain data always 3 time for same reason.My question, is it possible to set up customer mandate somehow for all banks?RegardsSebastian

As per the experiments that I’ve done (till a while ago) and as per expert advice on the domain, out goes it candidacy to entertain custom fields, but I have circumvented the difficulties somewhat (if I believe correctly) and come up with the following: That is to say that, I have defined three custom attributes C_COMPANY, C_SERIES_ID and C_PAYMENT_ID as referenced values, such as →PaymentTransaction(Item_Trans_Id).Companyand used it on a fourth custom attribute -Payment_API.Get_Pay_Date(Pay_Trace_Util_Cfp.Get_CF$_C_Company(v.objkey), Pay_Trace_Util_Cfp.Get_CF$_C_Series_Id(v.objkey), Pay_Trace_Util_Cfp.Get_CF$_C_Payment_Id(v.objkey))with expression as custom field implementation type.Although all goes well until after publishing, I can’t add this to the window aforementioned.Am I stuck at a dead end or is there something more to do to achieve my end?Please comment on
Hi Everyone,When I try to modify an existing Business Opportunity, below error is triggering."Inserting or updating records is not allowed when the revision is not in Active status"But there is an Active status revision (main revision) in the respective Business Opportunity. In addition this BO is having two other Revisions in “Obsolete” state. This behavior cannot be observed on Core environments.Anyone having an idea why this is happening?Regards,Kithmini

I have created a custom LU, and have configured it and linked it to a Projection and it is assocated correctly, I used the Page Designer to add a Tab, and then a List and it works as expected. I can see the list in List View or Table view. Is it possible to create a Card View so I can see my items as Cards?If so, can you explain how, if not, can we recommend this idea to IFS R&D?Many thanks, David.

(without the invoice number 9700002):25:1111:60F:D231116EURC20,00:61:2311161116C120,00N196NONREF:86:22229700002:62F:D231116EUR100,00When the file is loaded without the invoice number error messages appears.. "A Payer/Payee Identity does not exist"Account number 2222 is mapped under customer's electronic payment address.However, when loaded with the invoice number the customer is identified as the invoice number identifiers are already defined. Really appreciate if someone can direct me to get this corrected. Thank you.
In IFS Apps 9 there was just a planned start date field and it persisted through the maintenance process in the Maintenance Plan. Here’s PM No 14866 in Apps 9 showing completed work with a Planned Start Date.Finished work orders still show a planned date in IEE IFS Cloud drops the Planned Start value from the maintenance plan when the work task generates for some reason…All the lines with a Generation Date no longer have a planned start here in the Aurena thingyHowever the planned start is still in the database if you look at pm_calendar_plan.planned_date. What’s the difference between these fields? Between the page designer and debug console I’m not even sure which field Due Date is. Is the Due Date pm_calendar_plan.base_date? As a pain point, this makes the user look at an additional column to review preventive maintenance history. Right now I just need to make sure they’re supposed to be about the same thing for reporting.
I’ve used the Person ID of our payroll officer to grant them access to employees outside their employing company, to be able to authorize time and transfer to our payroll software. i.e. employee in Company ABC, but needs to authorize time in Company XYZ. Similar to this topic : The user is able to view the time registration/employee in the Authorization screeen, but is receiving an error message ‘Access Denied. You cannot authorize records within Time Pers Diary logical unit’ after attempting to authorize. Any ideas what is missing?
We’re using workflow configs in Apps 10 and I can’t find any guidance on how the Filter for Source Connection is supposed to work. I’ve set it to Task Template Worklist but there doesn’t appear to be a way to specify any criteria. Has anyone used this and can explain it please. Thanks

They have noticed that “Receiver name” is not shown and when looking at the XML I found out that IFS doesn´t send Supplier Name in the outgoing message ORDER. Is this IFS Standard XML for order? Now, my question is , is it possible to create another task (under same work order) by technician through mobile interface , as out of box feature of product? If No, what would be best practice or IFS recommendation to enable technician to raise a priority task from site? For a task , is it possible to retrieve asset detail, just by providing the site location, through GIS Map function , as out of box feature of product ? Is it possible to see all the linear asset in IFS Cloud mobility solution ?Please advise.
Hi, I have followed all the steps below to create a sales campaign but this is not working. Create a Sales Charge Type with Charge Category Promotion. Create a Campaign with a Sales Start Date today and a Sales End Date a couple of weeks ahead. In the Sales Promotions tab, add Deal ID 1 with the Charge Type from step 1. Enter a Buy ID and then enter the Sales Part and Min Qty. In the Get section, select the radio button for Discount (could also be price or discount amount) and add a discount. Add a Get ID and enter the Sales Part. Add a site in Valid for Sites and also a customer in the Valid for Customers tab. RMB to Activate it. Create a new CO header for the customer and save. Add a CO line for the minimum pcs of Sales Part. The system informs that the sales part is connected to sales promotion deal 1. Release the CO header, which will trigger that the Sales Promotion calculation is executed. This will result in Sales Promotion charge line being added.I do not have any sales promo
I have been playing with WaDaCo and adding various functions to a menu and several folders on the menu. I created a folder for inventory movement and added it to the menu with a few other folders of inventory processes.However, whenever I access the last folder, I receive a message stating there is a “Payload too large error”. I can remove that last folder and the error goes away. I’ll admit I am not a technical person so can someone explain this error in layman's term and how I may easily correct it. Also, is there a limit as to the number of elements that can be added to a WaDaCo menu?Thanks!
We have several Sites on our IFS system. One of the sites, I get an error that states User is not authorized to cancel an invoice. How do I add myself as a user to cancel invoices?
We are currently receiving an error stating user is not authorized when trying to cancel Manual Supplier Invoices. This doesn’t happen on each cancellation attempt but only on a sporadic few. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks
Hi,I’m trying to set up IFS B2B customer portal(Apps10)so that the external user would see his/her orders via portal. This works ok for the connected default customer but I have not found a way to a) switch to another connected B2B customer inside IFS B2B or b) see all connected customers information (COs, quotatations, invoices,...) simultaneously.Aurena B2B client looks like the design is to use the default customer only but is it so that external user him/herself cannot switch to ‘non-default customer’ inside B2B portal?Rgds, Sami
