SPIN/DOM error in workflow after moving to PROD

I have a workflow that sums labor hours by activity sequence from a Schedule of Work and writes those summed values to the Activity Estimate. The workflow works as expected in our TEST environment. I added the workflow to an Application Configuration Package and imported into our PROD environment, and the workflow does not function (generates the error “Cannot serialize object in variable ‘result’: SPIN/DOM-XML-01030 Cannot create context). The same data generates a different result. Could this be a permissions issue? External Supplier Invoices loading error

Hello, colleagues! We’ll be very appreciate if you can help with an issue in External Invoices loading. In Intercompany solution when we send Invoices between companies error occurs. PO and Receipt references are correct, but IFS can’t recognize it. We have to delete and populate it again (same values) manually, then it passes “Check Invoices” procedure.Thank you for your time.

how to change time zone format in PSO

We recently upgraded our PSO instance to the latest version, and now, on screens like the Planning Resources screen, the time zones listed as local times / geographic location ex. America/Los_Angeles) as opposed PST (Pacific Standard Time).How can I change the time zone format back to using PST, MST, CST, EST, etc.…?

Passing Contexts parameter through command group

Hello everyone,I created a navigation link command on a custom page.To be able to navigate to the destination page (Manual Supplier Invoice) I need to pass two parameters. First one is the Invoice_id (which is a normal navigate filter) and the second one is the company (Context paramater).Thus, on the Manual Supplier Invoice page the company is a global Value. Manual Supplier Offset Proposals with differences

Hi IFS’s ExpertsWe would like to use the supplier Offset option to link these 2 lines (1 invoice & 1 payment). I don’t know why but, the only option we can use to match it is the manual option, and unfortunatly in this case, we are not allowed to have any difference (0.01 in this case)Any advice on how match these 2 transactions please ? HCM Organization and Employee Management - it is possible to add qualifications when I dont have module Employee development?

Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to add competencies, certificates and training history in employee file/tab Qualifications if I dont have modules employee development and training management. I have only Organization and Employee Management. Several Positions for purchase authorisation

Hi,We would like to give an employee 2 positions so we can give 2 limits of purchase authorisation for one person using limit per organisation position.We would then have 2 purchase rules according to the coordinator.So dependant on the type of order, we would select the coordinator to call the right limit for that purchase authorizer.Is that possible or an employee can only have one position for purchase authorisation?Thanks ans Regards,Anne-Sophie

Reprint modified option in App10

How to disable the 'Reprint Modified' option (Customer Invoice)? I've enabled the Debugger window and then disconnected _API, but still can't disable it.The problem is that if the user selects this option, then the new document appears in the 'Report Archive' (even though there has been no change to the invoice or customer). This causes a new document to be created in the database which has resource implications.

Sales contract - payments term

Hi Community, Do you have any idea why it is not possible to attach discount terms to payment terms on a sales contract?My customer contractually negotiates discount terms on sales contracts and would not want to manually assign discounts to each invoice linked to the contract.Here is the error message : Any help will be much appreciated on that subject :)

Is it possible to use the Collective invoice process with Advanced Invoices? I set a customer record to use Collective Invoice type on the Order>Misc Customer info tab. Then I created advanced invoices on two customer orders for this customer. When I created the Advanced Invoices, I don't can create the collective invoice pour cette commande client Is there anyway to include Advanced Invoices in with the Collective invoice process? FSM 6 - UPS integration authentication upgrade

Hi,UPS has upgraded its authentication to OAuth 2.0. and Data structure is in JSON. As of today FSM and UPS are connected through FSM baseline app params and the authentication piece is handled in FSM baseline code which is not OAuth 2.0. Is there a way or are there any future updates to fix this in FSM to avoid integration failure as most of our customer are live with this integration?

Changing Posting Proposal Supplier-Post Receipt of PO

We’re experiencing issues creating payments after changing the supplier on the Posting Proposal page-post receipt (register arrival) and receiving this error.Error received when creating a Payment Order from the Supplier Payment Proposal Page.When changing the supplier on the posting proposal we’re seeing in the proposal all items change to the new supplier except the Voucher Text. Our current process:Purchase Order CreatedRegister Arrival (purchase order received)Supplier Invoice Entered (externally or manually)Need to change supplier to a different supplier due to an error in (Purchase order or Incoming Supplier Invoice). Doing this on the Posting Proposal Header.Change Supplier on Posting ProposalFinal Invoice Posting ProposalCreate Supplier Payment Proposaland then we’re receiving the error above when trying to move to a Supplier Payment Order that holds up the whole Supplier Payment Proposal.Any suggestions on the sequencing of making this change in the Posting Proposal process

SPIN/DOM-XML errors in BPA Workflows

ISSUE/QUESTION: When working with Workflows you might encounter errors indicating SPIN/DOM-XML. These errors can be random but when occurred once can occur repeatedly.The error is 'Cannot serialize object in variable 'var' : SPIN/DOM-XML-01030 Cannot create context'. It is visible in troubleshoot mode as below.ENVIRONMENT: IFS CloudAUDIENCE: ALLRESOLUTION/ANSWER:When this error is encountered at the point of using an array in a script task, following workaround can be used.Instead of an array use the java ArrayLIst implementation in the script task. Iso 20022 payment to China

Hi ExpertsPayment in the currency of CNY requires a certain PoP-Code. So far the this Code is entered manually whenever we upload the file to the e-banking platform. The bank is now capable to receive the Code as an Unstructured message in the following TAG (see below TAG”.
