Activity Sequence in Customer ORder Pre-posting

When I go to the pre posting of a customer order, the Activity sequence field is greyed out. I would like to be able to enter an activity sequence. Does anyone know how the activity sequence field can be made to be editable? Any help would be appreciated.

ScanIt - Can I Default to Scan Barcode Instead of Enter Text?

Hello to all! I am working on the WaDaCo module and and figuring out a barcode solution for a few of our processes. We are still in the testing phase, and so I am using the IFS ScanIt app on a phone rather than a scanner. One thing I’ve noticed is that by default, the app expects text input and only allows you to scan a barcode after clicking the barcode button on the screen. I imagine this would be rather cumbersome to our warehouse users that are scanning hundreds of barcodes a day. I looked through the settings to find an option to change that default, but I was unsuccessful. Is there an option for this? Or maybe having actual scanners rather than a phone solves this problem? Send IFS data to celonis/third party platform

Hello, We have requirement for sending data from IFS platform to Celonis. Is there any to send data based on scheduled time or event trigger from app. I explored IFS Connector Sender but when MyConnectSender.nativeSend method will be executed. I also explored Outbound Integrations from IFS using REST Sender but it works for new events only what about existing older data. Could you please help us for best and effective way for sending data. Hello. We would like to assign an activity sequence to an Advance Invoice so that when it posts to the general ledger, we are able to determine what project it is related to. Does anyone know how this can be done or whether it is possible? Any help would be appreciated.

Grantees from Custom view disappear and reappear again

Hi,There was an instance it happened like from PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_CFV all the Grantees (assigned permission sets) were removed and It appeared back after some days.We have tried to check the history log as it was enabled in Security_SYS_TAB and saw that the same permission sets were been shown as delete, and Insert in history type column. What could be the reason for this kind of situation and how can we avoid this in future? We suspected this could be because of the Network issue while deploying changes in the PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_CFV. Passing Parameters to Crystal Report in Aurena

We are looking to start the transition to Aurena however we are having issues with Crystal Reports,In EE we have custom right mouse buttons that open a Crystal Report and take a field from the page and input it into the report, e.g. when a user has a Shop Order on screen they can right click, select the custom right mouse button for Shop Order Summary and this will open the Shop Order Summary report and pass the Shop Order number from the page to the report,Is this possible in Aurena? I can create a Command Group to ExecuteQuickReport and select Crystal Report as the report type however I am unable to map parameters from the page to the report We are using IFS Apps 10 UPD 19 - If this is not available in IFS, is it planned to be released to IFS?

Cloud 23R1: Can we pass Quick Report Parameters for Crystal Report for Custom Commands on a Page?

In the Aurena Client for Apps 10, it was only possible to use SQL type Quick Reports as Custom Command for “ExecuteQuickReport”. We need to use Crystal Reports type Quick Reports in the Cloud 23R1 version and pass one or more Parameters in the Command. The Cloud Technical documentation still says “The key value editor allows the end user to map context values as report parameters. Currently this is available for SQL Quick Reports only.” Has anyone found a work around for this scenario using Cloud 23R1 yet?

Document access levels in Project Access and Document Management

I have been trying a few things with both project and document access. But I have come up against what I think is a conflict between project access and document access. But here are my findings:I created a project under IFSAPP in a test environment. IFSAPP is identified as a document administrator I created another user that was not a document administrator (User 2) I did NOT add USER2 to the project access I created a couple of documents that were attached to an activity on the project as IFSAPP USER2 was NOT able to access the project at all I added USER 2 to the project access with full rights I logged in as USER2 and accessed the project successfully I could see the documents I had attached earlier BUT although I had granted the team to which USER2 belonged full access, USER2 could see that the documents existed BUT could not access them I tried as USER2 to create a document attached to the activity. USER2 could not create a document in a document class for which the user was NOT

Pre Posting on Advance Customer Invoice

Hello We would like to see the project number related to advance invoices when we run GL Balance analysis detail for accounts receivable (ie. IP17) and deferred revenue (ie. IP19) . In the customer order, I populated the Project field in the Pre-Posting. I also set IP17 and IP19 to have a Project code part and Control Type Pre posting. Then created an advanced invoice. When I printed the invoice, I got the error below. Is it possible to push the invoice through without assigning an activity sequence in the pre posting of the order?

PP13 in same currency

Hi Expert,I got some issue from my clients on supplier payment. They record tax invoice on manual supplier invoice ( with tax withholding ) and payment in supplier payment with same currency. But system show them that the different total in Pay Amount in Pay Curr and Pay Amount in Acc curr. Tax withholding was posted with PP13 (gain/loss on exchange) that’s not true.Why 2 field show the different total when invoice and payment with the same currency? Thank you in advance for your help.

Work Order (mWO) ServiceReport sync to IFS Application 10 UPD 7

Service report is generated on mWO in HTML format. how this report can sync back to the Assignment/ Work Task in EE/ Aurena as the report contains Customer’s signature and is required as Proof of Work/ Delivery when invoicng to the customer.Will be great if this report can be converted to PDF document while syncing to EE/ Aurena.

FSM Business Rule Screen Refresh

I have a business rule that inserts a new Task on the Request screen from the previous Task Status Update (Task Succession).This is an XML rule, rule 10 is not used as the status used is an OP status so rule 10 is not explicitly called.The XML insert rule works and inserts the new Task however, to see the Task the screen has to be refreshed manually. This is not ideal as the user thinks the rule has not worked.How can i get the XML rule to refrresh the screen so that the new Task appears?
