Session: {0} has timed out when activating mWO app on Android

It shows the error as "Something went wrong trying to communicate with IFS Cloud. Session: {0} has timed out" when activating MWO app on Android. What are the causes for this issue? i get this error sometimes ( not all the time ) even when the TAS server also working fine.

Aurena / authorization

End-Customer needs secure access for +300 end-users. They are using hired equipment by OEMs where they can't install VPNs nor register them into Azures or similar Active directory structures. Simpe user name/password to access into Aurena is not enough. They should use also second authorization through tokens or similar technology which ensure personal access into Production environment of IFS Apps. Equipments are running on different OS like Android and iOS. Therefore they should use Aurena client for limited functions like Time reporting, Absence registration and Travel Requests/Expenses. I would get some "white papers" how to setup two stage authorization. The aim is to prevent second installation for "reporting" environment with replication into PRODuction env.

Unable to receive more than 3000 serials-valuation method WA

When the valuation method is Weighted Average (WA) , it takes longer time to receive 3000 serials through purchase order arrival registration ( issue occurs in In APP10 too) . System gives time out error. Do we have any suggestions to improve the efficiency?

Supplier Invoices Due date

Supplier invoices in which the due date is backdated (due date is set to a date prior to the voucher date) are not included in the Supplier Ledger Open Items report ordered for the due date, however included in the report order for the voucher date. Please explain the reason behind that.

Incorrect currency postings

When you create an invoice in different currency other than Accounting currency and match with the Purchase Order Receipt, in the Cost Postings tab, for the variance postings M18,M19 and M20, the amounts in transaction currency is zero. Further, you can see no any amount in currency debit and credit columns for transaction code M18 and M20 in the voucher(J).

Labor Clocking's in the Shop Floor Workbench

In APP9 when customers are in the “Shop Floor Workbench” screen, customers can clock in labor on multiple shop orders at the same time, both on the same resource and not on the same resource without the system asking or warning. The system does continue to clock labor on each shop order that is running concurrently, and each shop order that is running continues to show the gear icon. Question: If customer have “ask” selected under the “allow concurrent operations” for the labor class, why isn’t the system asking before clock in under multiple shop orders?

TAS cloud resource configuration changed after the initialization.

When I change the sync all objects, sync all parts, Sync WO History for All Objects in the TAS portal for a apps 9 environment, the changes are not affected in the mobile even after an initialization. E.g. If I tick the sync all Objects in the TAS cloud resource configuration, even after a mobile client initialization, I can only see the objects that are connected to my mobile user.

It seems language translation does not work properly in IOS Mobile apps on FSM 5.7? It works fine in Android mobile but Not in IOS, is there any limitation for IOS message translation ?

Interval field on the Separate PM Action screen only allows number values

Interval field on the Separate PM Action screen only allows number values. Therefore, when sorting, it is expected to follow numeric sorting and not alphabetical sorting. “Interval" accepts a numeric value and therefore should be sorted numerically by clicking on the column header - as per standard functionality. It is not acceptable that the application behaves in different ways at different places. What should be a one-click sorting operation has now become a multi-step procedure involving the user to be trained in SQL?

New History Tab in Shop Order

The customer is upgrading to APP9 and they are asking about the new History tab on the Shop Order. There is now an Order History tab and a Material History tab. I believe the Material History information was always available but now it is included under a History tab with Order History information. The customer wants to know that when they are tracking this Order History, how long will this information be available? Is this working with History Logging where they can have this automatically cleaned up based on the setup for History Logging or is this Order History on the Shop Order independent of that? The customer is also asking what is the impact that this additional history logging could have on our system.

Voucher For Transfer of MCPR Project Transactions

In App10, Customers face with an issue of no vouchers being created after running "Transfer Project Multicompany Reporting" which should transfer Time and Project Transactions. Even though the transactions were approved, vouchers still weren't created. Please verify.
