IFS 10 EE Remember Me question

Hi all, 

 

We have the IFS Apps10 EE remember me functionality working, but I have a lot of users that report that their details are being forgotten after a few days.  Could anyone share any details on what they know to cause the credentials to be lost/forgotten.  Some users do not see any issues for weeks, and others have an issue every 2/3 days. It’s not consistent and often unpredictable. 

 

Any comments / thoughts/advice on what can impact the ‘remember me’ functionality?

Anyone have any ideas? To be clear, the system is working but it’s just at intermittent, and with random users the credentials are lost and they have to re-enter. It can be 2 days, or 5 days, or 2 weeks.
