Question

Changing directory for temporary files during generating big report

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

Customer has version 10. In previous versions, adding in reconfiguration in custom arguments e.g.

-Djava.io.tmpdir=F:\temp -Dfndext.reportDebugDir=F:\temp

was causing that files *.fo was generated there instead in C:\Windows\Temp.

Now I added in Main Cluster\Managed Servers\Startup Parameters. It didn’t work.

How to change this directory in version 10?

Please try to add the same arguments to Integration Cluster instead of Main Cluster because the reports are handled by Integration Cluster in APP10.

Do you know what exactly is processing reports?

When I open Admin Console, Integration Cluster, then I can see in Deployments what for is this part of application. I see ifs-odata-provider-int - name is suggesting that it is for Aurena. Also openid-connect-provider-int should be for Aurena. There is also interface-browser - used by bizapi etc.

Now open Main Cluster. In Deployments there is ifs-reporting. It is suggesting that Main Cluster is handling reports.
