Can anyone suggest what is best way to get multiple data from one screen to another screen.
Example multiple product records(these records are linked with unique id) to be displayed in task screen in tab level automatically when unique id is selected.

Looks like you could do this with a new Business Rule.
Set the Business Rule trigger to be on the ID being populated and then set the output to gather the relevant data from the database and add to the display.
