Hello

There is an issue where, after a change order has been updated to a PO, the PO still shows a box labeled 'Pending Changes.' The related change order status is 'PO Updated.' Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Thanks,

Raana

Hi @Raana

Kindly note that 'Pending Changes' does not mean that there are changes pending from connected purchase order change orders (POCO). It actually means that changes made to the purchase order (via the purchase order change orders) have not yet been shared with the supplier. Simply put, it means there are pending changes to be communicated to the supplier.

Therefore, by sharing the changes with the supplier through Share (dropdown in Purchase Order header) > 'Print Order' or 'Print Order Changes' (system assumes the order was printed to be shared with the supplier), the 'Pending Changes' label will disappear.
