Customer Order confirmation Issue

Hi,

       We have order confirmations and invoices emailed to our customers, we need  a copy of this emailed to the salesmen, coordinators too. Since it ‘s been set up through PDF event notifications

we don’t have a way to add this. Is there any other alternate solution available to this. Please advise

On the Event Action page, you can enter multiple email addresses in the To field using semicolon separators.

Alternatively, you could change the event type from email to Execute Online SQL and then code a routine that selects the to (and cc or bcc) addresses based on other information and then sends the email.
