MWO Mandatory action error after completing the mandatory step

Hi, 

We have added an eform as a mandatory step before completing the work task. It is the last step before ‘Report in’. However, even if the eform has been completed, MWO gives the error message saying ‘This action is mandatory’ when we attempt to Report in. Is there a reason behind this? It does not happen always but sometimes.
