Hi @abdelmalek.mecheri

In general, it is expected to plan the isolation order with the needed details during planning stage.

For example, include establishment instructions (Indicate in what sequence the equipment object or linear asset has to be placed, and into which position so that the connected work order can be performed under safe conditions, i.e., a sequence of instructions as to how the work area should be shut down) and re-establishment instructions (Indicate in what sequence the equipment object or linear asset has to be placed, and into which position so that the work order connected to the isolation order can be performed under safe conditions.) etc. However, you can approve the isolation order even without above information and if you need to fill it later, you can revise and add it.

But when it comes to dates, to assist with the co-ordination of other work as well, it is expected to fill the dates during planning stage. But I can understand your concern and there is an option that can be used, if you are not certain about the dates during planning stage. What you can do is, enter some predicted dates and approve the isolation order. Then if you want to change the dates afterwards, there is an object property that can be used.

Details:

  • Object Property Name: ISOLATION_CHANGEDATE
  • Description: Determines if the Establishment and Reestablishment dates can be updated for an isolation order that has the status PreparationApproved, EstablishmentStarted or EstablishmentCompleted.
  • Property values: TRUE, FALSE

TRUE:

  • The Establishment and Reestablishment dates can be changed on an isolation order that is approved.
  • The Planned Completion Establishment and the Reestablishment dates can be changed on an isolation order where the establishment has started.
  • The Reestablishment date can be changed on an isolation order where the establishment is completed.
  • The new dates can be earlier or later than the previously entered date.
  • If a date is changed on an isolation order in the PreparationApproved status, the Approved By field is automatically updated with the ID of the logged-on user.

FALSE:

  • The Establishment and Reestablishment dates on the isolation order can be changed until the isolation order is approved.

Please check whether this helps.

Best Regards,

Thilini
