FND_WEBRUNTIME is the minimum required by a user to be able to log into IFS Cloud, but is missing some basic functionality such as recent screens.

FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN is the one i would use as the base level permission for your users, as it contains FND_WEBRUNTIME plus the additional basic functionality that an every day user would want.

The other 2 permission sets in your screenshot are not required for a normal user and are more for IFS Admins

Hi @bdjedai ,

“FND_ENDUSER” permission is the basic role for the users. This contains grants to default Foundation1 forms. The other permissions should be granted accordingly. This depends on what levels the user should have access.

“IFS_ADMIN” will grant full administration access. Please refer the below documentation as well regarding the permission sets,

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/010_overview/210_security/045_roles/default.htm

Hi @bdjedai,

Everyone needs the permission set FND_ENDUSER in IFS Applications, or FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN in IFS Cloud, which contains very basic permissions like access to log on.

Thank you & Kind regards,
\ Krishantha
