Shop orders stuck in Cloud

We have a Shop Order stuck in Released status but the corresponding customer order was closed/invoiced on 7/1/22.  Another shop order is stuck in Started status with a 3/29/21 due date but no corresponding demand for the assembly it was supposed to build.  One other issue we ran into was an inter-site order with a part stuck in picked status after the corresponding PO had been cancelled.   We can't move any of them.  Anybody else encountered this?
