Hi All,

We have two customer groups (e.g., Group A and Group B), each with one or more customers assigned to them.

When creating an order for Group A using a sales part, is it possible to apply a price break to the group of customers?

For example, the price group could be as follows:

Min Qty: 1000, Price: $20
Min Qty: 2000, Price: $15
Min Qty: 3000, Price: $14

In this case, I may have 2 orders for Group A (the orders would be for 2 customers),
and the total ordered quantity is 2500 units. Does IFS have an option to apply the price break based on the cumulative quantity ordered across these orders?

Thanks

Divya

Hi @DivyaSubramanian Since you have two customers, you are talking two different COs here. Im not sure about the application of price breaks on the cumulation of two customer orders. Are these two customer orders also going to be processed together? If not, how?

I think the closest you could get is Customer Price Group and/or have a new customer defined for the group and connect relevant customers in a customer hierarchy.
