Non-inventory purchase part

Hi ​@Hanane you create this the same as a normal manually created PO.

If you have a Purchase Part setup, not linked to an Inventory Part you can enter this line in the Part Lines tab.

If you don't have a Purchase Part setup you can enter the line within the No Part Lines tab.

The item must not be created as an inventory item.

Or you can create an order without an item number at all.

Hi ​@Hanane , You can create a purchase part and untick the ‘Inventory part’ field to create a non-inventory purchase part. And then you can add the part to PO as usual. Hope this helps.
