Time registration in "grid view" becomes invisible when saving

In IFS Cloud 23R2.6 we experience that time registrations on work order / - tasks in grid  view, “disappers” when you save the transaction.  You can see the total of work order hours in the line “presense”, but not which work order you have registered your hours… !  If you change to calendar view, the work order no/task is visible.

I guess this is an error… 

Anyone who has had the same experience ?

Hi @Osthewha 

It seems reported hours are visible in the Grid view as well.

 

Example:

Reference: Work order ID 200075, Work task ID 57

Reported hours - 31st October 2024 - 1 hour

 

Tested in 23R2 SU12 version

We are on 23R2, su 6,  - hours are  not visible in Grid view
