Expenses not working after adding a custom field

Checking to see if anyone has seen this issue before otherwise we will open a support ticket.

In the service order module we add a new custom field (text) on any screen/tab, then we save the customization. When we try to add a new expense to the service order the screen will just sit there and spin.  We have added many custom fields in the past and have never seen this issue.  We have tried a number of different ways to approach this but still get the issue:

Hi Nick,

I have not seen this before specifically. Steps I would try are to restart the Astea Cache and IISRESET.

i am keeping in mind that when a user logs in, their browser needs to download the customizations from customizer and of course the module needs to load the changes such as the custom DAL query which looks like it is hanging for some reason based on your description of the problem 

if it still does not work, I suggest exporting the customizations just for the service order and log a support ticket  You could also try importing what you just exported after deleting all customizations from the service order module using Customizer Manager
