Add approval template automatically on specific format

@IWAAIOL in order to automatically attache an approval template on any Logical Unit you would need to have:

• custom event to attach the approval template
• custom event to stop the users from changing the status if there’s any step that’s not been approved

I was hoping it was standard to add it (instead of using the custom event), but we will continue with the custom event.
