What is Time BLock and what is the use of?

If we will define Start time 6 AM and Stop time is 10 PM then after 10 PM SLA will stop or it will remain in start

    Can you please rephrase your question?

    If you refer to SLAs, time blocks can be used in calendars and then in response code configurations.

    If you have an interval of 17 hours it will go into the next time block, in your case.
