Errors - PM Action could not generate work order ; Purchase requisitioner not exists; Oracle ORA-20111

when a non-inventory part, which all our Services are, is attached to the PM Action the calendar generator errors out & the work order does not generate

Hi,

 

There are a few system-generated purchase requisitioners that IFS automatically uses when generating a purchase requisition. Can you check if the list of requisitioners includes:

  • PM - PM Action

These requisitioners can also be deleted from the master list, so please verify if a requisitioner named PM is defined. If it is not present, define it under Procurement > Procurement Basic Data > Requisitioner, and then try again.

THank you for your reply , purchase requisitioners are defined in Procurement basic data.

but the errors always occurred when generate a work order on non inventory part.

Is the user see an Oracle error in the client, it's almost always the result of a bug, a custom event or modification or invalid data. I recommend you file a support case.
