Hello,

W.T. time is being reported for Resource Individuals (RI) in the Res. Nav.  My testing indicates the only way to stop time from being registered for a RI is to “BLOCK” the RI.  Is there a way to use a date instead.  The scenario is Registering time for the past but after the Term date.  Is that possible with W.T. time Reg.?

Cheers, Troy

Hi@ttzeleznik

It is not possible to register time for the past after the terminated. Ex: Let us say if you have terminated on 1st of April 2024 and you try to report time for that employee on 10th April 2024 through the Report Time assistant then the system will give an error message “Employee is not valid”.

Thanks

Hi @ttzeleznik it is not possible in IFS because employee time is end in employee file, so system is not allowed to enter the time when any employee is expire/end period.

If you want to register time first change employment end date and employee status screenshot is attached.

 After that change in below organization, job Detail, and Schedule

Thanks & Regards,

@Dimuthu Madhushan , @zuhaib ,

Gentlemen, thank you!!  I re-tested and now get the result “we” expected.

Cheers, Troy
