In Apps 10, we are able to create new Service Requests from a Template. Cloud 23R2 doesn鈥檛 have this functionality. Is it in the pipeline for a future release or is there another way to achieve the same, thanks

Yes, it鈥檚 different to WTTs. We use it to hold a question set and standard text within the Long Description. You could save any new Service Request as a Template - I found it useful when testing to be able to create Service Requests more quickly with most of the field pre-populated.
