Reopening a cancelled PO

As far as I know, once the purchase order has been cancelled, it cannot be reopened. Only when in Closed state.

But, if any of the purchase order lines originates from a purchase requisition, you have to decide whether the corresponding requisition lines should be re-opened, and if reopened, the link between purchase requisition line and order number is removed, to start with the process again.
