I have created a Work Task on Service Quotation in IFS Cloud and looking to edit the Planned Hours for the resources. However the planned hours are retrieved based on the duration of the work task.
Is there a way for the resources to have different planned hours for the work task on service quotation?

Hi, It is not allowed to change the planned hours than the duration. The representation here is the resource requirement is required for the full period of task duration.

If I was to quote the customer that one resource is to perform fewer hours than the other, will a new work task in service quotation have to be created?
